Return and exchange of Products are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy. Customers who bought items from the Platform can apply for return/exchange within thirty (30) days from the purchase date indicated on the transaction receipt/sales invoice.

Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:

• Different from what was ordered

• Not as advertised

• Damaged

• Defective due to manufacturing faults or flaws

• Missing a part or accessory

• Expired

Return and Exchange Policies:

• All items shall be subject to inspection.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, washed, or altered, and with original accessories, packaging, tags, and seals still attached.

• For fashion items, item may be allowed to be returned and exchanged for a different size if size is still available.

• Personal care items, cosmetics, swimwear, used footwear, jewelry, and other similar items will not be accepted for return or exchange for hygiene purposes.

• Customized items cannot be returned as they have been created to specification of the consumer, unless due to manufacturing defect.

• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Defective or damaged goods due to customer mishandling cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Change of mind or mistaken ordering cannot be accommodated.

If item complies with our policies and conditions, you may bring your item at any SM Store branch near you. You may see the list of all SM Store branches here. Kindly present your transaction receipt or sales invoice along with your item.

If valid for return, a Customer Credit Voucher (CCV) shall be issued by the store, which you can use to purchase from The SM Store branch. You can use your CCV within thirty (30) days from issuance date at any of the seller’s physical stores.

The Platform will process refunds to customer for paid, but unfulfilled or undelivered orders, through original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, or e-wallet).
